Conference Another wonderful painting from PattiK  Mosaic votive holder is handmade by Melissa Filtz  Glass mushroom from Helen Kemp  *Info on glass mushrooms: This is a Heron Art Glass Mushroom and has been skilfully produced using the traditional methods of the Glass Blowers Art which have been handed down by master craftsmen for centuries. It is approximately 3 and a half inches in height and 2 and a half inches in diameter. Highly collectable, (each is unique) This wonderful masterpiece shimmer with overtones of gold or silver, whilst the stunning iridescence glistens with rainbow highlights. The combined effect deceives the eye with a myriad of colour, radiating hues from nearby colours as it catches the light. This is a sound investment as well as an item of beauty for your collection. These pieces are made using "leaf" cut Chrysoprase beaded among fresh water Black Pearl buttons and Mother of Pearl disks. The faceted beads are Swarovski crystal. Chrysoprase is a rich green gemstone, the most valuable stone in the chalcedony group. Its hardness is about 7. Mined in Poland since the 1300's, it is now found in Australia, Brazil, South Africa, Russia and the USA. It has been used to decorate cathedrals, castles and jewelry made for royalty.
