Dr. Halpern will be addressing many issues relevant to those with cluster headache including an update on the low-dose psilocybin study, a review of worldwide media and press attention of cluster headache and Clusterbusters, tailoring treatments to the individual, risks of suicide in persons with cluster headache and a special announcement in the ongoing development of BOL (with special guest Mr. Ari Mello).

Bob Wold

Bob Wold is founder and President of Clusterbusters, Inc., a 501c3 non-profit charitable organization dedicated to the research of cluster headache and to support people with cluster headache and their families. Based in greater Chicago with his wife and 4 children, Mr. Wold has talked to 1000s of cluster sufferers. In fact, over 25 years of his adult life was burdened with severe cluster headache that was resistant to all standard treatments. That all changed after he tried psilocybin, which has helped regain control over this illness for him... and now hundreds to perhaps thousands of other cluster headache patients all over the world.

Other Presentations:

Case Presentation:  2 recent members from the Clusterbuster message board will be sharing their personal story about chronic cluster headache.   Lee Ann and Dan will take the group through his early days and diagnosis, the various medication attempts and surgical procedures along the way including a failed attempt at ONSi placement.  Since starting with 'alternative treatments' they will relate their success in not only ending his chronic cycle but now being virtually in fully remission.  This is an exciting journey, one everyone is going to want to hear and participate in the discussion that will follow.

Video presentation of highlights from the MAPS Psychedelic Science in the 21st Century from April 15-18, 2010 in San Jose, California including review of the presentation by Mr. Bob Wold of Clusterbusters.
