*All sponsors will have the opportunity to add a brochure or advertisement or sample product to the Welcome Package that will be given to all registrants.

*All sponsors will have web page recognition

** Full Conference Sponsors will have a business card sized ad on the program brochure that will be sent out to all local medical professionals, advertising the conference.

Individuals may choose any pre-approved wording and/or pictures for ads, testimonials or suitable dedications.

Merchandise Sponsorship: Opportunities are available to sponsor several items of merchandise that will be available at the conference. Please inquire regarding the various costs, recognitions and types of items available, including caps and tee-shirts.

All ads, pictures and worded materials submitted must meet all copyright regulations.
